The Australian Himalayan Foundation delivers practical, community-based projects provide the people of the Himalaya with improved life and work opportunities, particularly for women and girls, through better education and training, access to vital health services and environmental sustainability.
Our programs are focussed on the very poor, mountain areas of the Himalaya, in communities where subsistence living is the norm and there is very little income or other assistance. Through these programs we are working hard to get what is needed most to those most in need. Thank you for supporting this vital work!
