Mountain Story of the Day – Climate hope
Across the Himalaya, families who depend on agriculture are struggling with uncertain and hazardous climate conditions.
That’s why AHF supports the Everest Youth Climate Initiative (EYCI). Eco-clubs help local school students learn about climate change. Tree planting and red panda conservation give young people practical things to do for the future of their world.
With EYCI we also find sustainable ways to help families who face poverty from the rapidly changing climate.
